The house was designed according to the clients’ wishes, it’s a wonderful, not too big, 60 sq. m. house. The client wanted to find a solution for a bigger plan layout, as his teenage kids were growing up and he knew soon they would need more space.
The solution- to build separate small houses in the same yard. In that way kids will have separate space and the parents will have more privacy.
In the same designing process, the client chose an extension with garage and ancillary facilities, where he will be able to spend time with his friends, take a break from the entire family, or just simply do what he loves to do.

Rainwater is perfect for using in the toilet, washing machines, watering garden, or even showering. This water is very soft and without lime. It’s forbidden to use this water for cooking, drinking or dishwashers.
